Thanksgiving Menu by Lee Supply
There are exactly two weeks until Thanksgiving 2022, are you prepared? With so many great Thanksgiving main and side dish options, preparing the perfect menu can be overwhelming. Luckily, we have you covered with the ideal Thanksgiving lineup that will WOW your friends, and family, including the random second cousins that show up. The following recipes are specially designed by a few of our appliance vendors including GE Appliances, Café Appliances, Sub-Zero Wolf, and Bluestar. The following recipes aim to create a holiday that is worth savoring as you gather and enjoy a complete Thanksgiving Day meal that could last throughout the weekend.
Main: Chef Ben Says - Grill Your Turkey
Lee Supply’s Chef Ben and his family have been grilling the centerpiece of Thanksgiving for almost 50 years. Purchasing the finest, free-range, organic turkey can be a challenge, but Chef Ben recommends visiting your local farm or country store to ensure the turkey is as fresh as possible. With a large bird that is sized enough for leftovers, a perfect glaze, and a sufficient amount of grill time, you’ll have a main dish that the table will love. It is the quintessential Thanksgiving experience, by all means, grill your turkey!

Stuffing: Sausage Stuffing from GE Appliances
A great stuffing must have a ton of flavor and a moist consistency. The sausage stuffing recipe suggested by GE Appliances goes beyond the traditional Thanksgiving stuffing as it produces a lightly crusted and golden top, a soft underneath, and a rich buttery flavor, paired with your choice of Italian sausage. You can change the ingredients to your liking, such as adding herbs and poultry seasoning for a well-seasoned balance.

Rolls: Parker House Rolls from Sub Zero Wolf
We have the turkey and stuffing, now we need rolls. Generally, quite buttery, soft, and slightly sweet with a crispy shell, the rolls will be gone before you know it! With many variations to the legendary, pillowy roll, Parker House rolls, get their name from their signature folded shape made by flattening a ball of dough and folding it in half. Legend has it that an angry hotel baker at the Omni Parker House Hotel in Boston, MA, threw a batch of unfinished rolls into the oven after an altercation with a hotel guest.

Side Dish 1: No Bake Mac & Cheese from Bluestar by All-star Chef Michael Symon
You’ll be entertaining like a pro this year with this recipe from Iron Chef and Bluestar All-star Michael Symon. One of his holiday favorites, the no-bake mac and cheese makes for a delightful and silky pasta with a crisp and crunchy breadcrumb topping. Watch below to see the Chef in action as he demonstrates how to prepare this side dish!
Side Dish 2: Brussel Sprouts with Caramelized Shallots and Bacon from Sub Zero Wolf
While brussels sprouts tend to be a classic childhood dread, with superb seasonings or glaze, a good roast or grill, and the perfect vegetable combo, they can be a delicious crowd-pleasing dish. Try this recipe out this Thanksgiving and let us know what you think!

Side Dish 3: Butternut Squash Risotto from GE Appliances
An unsung hero of the holiday season, butternut squash, has a sweet, nutty taste like that of a pumpkin. Used in several ways and paired well with both sweet and salty flavors, butternut squash is one of the most versatile vegetables. The creamy risotto combined with sweet butternut squash, fragrant sage, and rosemary is a perfect dish to usher in the cool days of Fall.

Side Dish 4: Sweet Potato Gratin from Café Appliances
Sweet potatoes are the trademark side dish of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. With the naturally sweet, and simple flavor of sweet potatoes, paired with Yukon gold potatoes, topped with fresh herbs, a silky sauce, and plenty of cheese, you’ll be happy you included this dish in the lineup. This indulgently, cheesy spin on sweet potato casserole may have your guests coming back for seconds.

Dessert 1: Apple Cranberry Crisp from GE Appliances
Finally…the desserts! Cranberries and apples are in season, and they’re a perfect combo for a Thanksgiving dessert. The fruity flavor complete with a chewy-oat topping will please everyone at the table.

Dessert 2: Cherry and Blueberry Cobbler from Sub Zero Wolf
Two desserts are better than one. While these fruits aren’t exactly in season anymore, they are still packed with flavor and juice. The cherry and blueberry flavors coupled with a soft, buttery, biscuit-like golden crust make this dessert a showstopper. Be sure to try it and let us know how it turns out!
