Cleaning and Maintenance: The Moen garbage disposals are made with a 360-degree clean rinse design, that guides the water for a complete rinse and odor-free maintenance.  All Moen disposals feature the VORTEX™ POWERED permanent magnet motor, which enables finely ground particles and helps to reduce jamming.

Installation and Cabinet Space: Moen's pre-installed power cord makes installation simple but can also be quickly removed where hardwiring is desired or required by code. No separate cord purchase is needed. The GX Series and GX Pro series will fit most cabinets and will not take up a large amount of space however, you will still need to consider the height between the sink and the cabinet floor as well as the width of the disposal.
