The nVent CADDY Superfix 454 is an easy to close pipe clamp that works on steel and copper pipes from 1/4 to 4 in. A unique hinged design eliminates the need to disassemble the clamp prior to installation and allows the installer to close the pipe clamp with one hand without turning a screw. Once the pipe is installed, simply tighten the screw to secure the pipe in place. The cleverly designed pipe clamp requires only one screw and hinge. The all steel design of the patented closing mechanism means the strength is not significantly reduced by exposure to heat. All of the pipe clamps have a 5 to 8 microns electro-galvanized coating to protect against corrosion.
